Noah Morford started his educational career in exercise at Kansas State University. While at KSU he played football under Coach Bill Snyder and realized his love for training and improving his body. From then on, he dedicated himself to learning as much as he could about human performance. After 3 years at KSU, Noah transferred to Friends University to finish his educational and football careers. While at Friends University, he became a 2x All-American linebacker which led to professional tryouts with the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers and was signed by the Arena Football League team the Kansas City Brigade. After finishing his football career, Noah went back to school and received his Master's of Education Science from Wichita State University. Since then, Noah has been using his unique background and education to get the most out of everyone that he trains.

- NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) Certification
- Bethel College Football strength and Conditioning Coach
- Years of leading MMA style fitness classes
- Extensive personal training experience
- Currently working on his MMACA (Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach) Certification
